Crispy GF/CF Onion Rings

2-3 large onions
1 cup white rice flower
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
salt and season to taste
Add water until you get the consistency you want
Drop into hot olive oil until golden brown and crispy.  I make a large batch and keep them in the fridge and throw them in the oven on broil throughout the week.  Everyone loves them!
